Should I get this saxophone?

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this (:
Well Im going to take classes to learn to play the tenor saxophone, Im
a beginner, I've never have played it all, so I know absolutely
nothing about what brands to get or not to get. I stumbled across this
saxophone:

It looks too good to be true, its only $259.99, which to me seems
cheap for a saxophone (I've been looking around and even the used ones
are at least $300. So what do you think? The brand is OPUS USA. If
this isnt a good saxophone then can you please leave a link to one
that is good? Please dont make it TOO expensive. My dad found a
saxophone at a pawn shop that was $290, and hes thinking of getting me
it, so please if you do know where to get a saxophone it has to be
less then $290 or only a little above $290 like $300.
