Concert around 2000 with a dozen DJs scratching at the same time?

Between 1999 and 2004, I saw a concert on TV where about a dozen DJs
were scratching at the same time. It was awesome. I though Mr. Hahn
from Linkin Park was part of it, but no luck searching with his name.
I think it was on Trio or on DirecTV 101.

Does anyone know of any videos with a large number of DJs all
scratching at the same time? Does this sound familiar to anyone? It
had a very high production value (not a bootleg or amateur video.)
