Movies disappeared from my Netflix queue?

I just signed up for Netflix today around 5 PM EST, and I had 6 movies
in my queue. Now all of a sudden they all disappeared! I tried adding
my movies back, but its not working. Did they all ship? Please help!
Also, I dont care about these comments:

Netflix sucks. Why do you want it?
