Has anyone seen a movie in which the characters eat a blue soup and go nuts it made a kid piss on the table.?

The blue goop was given the boy by 2-4 women dancing about basically
conning him into eating.
Blue stuff less like soup more like blue mud. It was a long time ago
may not even be a movie just some short or something. Can you help.
