NBC"Whitney" If this involves eliminating a tv series, it's frequently "when" and never "if." The simple truth is, there's no real science into it. Some implies that probably is going to be canceled -- hello, Fox's I Dispise My Teenage Daughter -- won't be first to visit simply because they premiere after others, and you will't really include cable within this speculating game because individuals channels may let a set operate a full season before determining. PHOTOS: The Autumn TV Dying Pool: Do you know the Odds? Along with a show doesn't need to be bad, in the experts' perspective, to find the heave-ho (remember Lone Star last season?). Why is predicting the dying of the TV series even harder are factors that circumvent logic or Nielsen disaster alone. For example: The CW rarely cancels shows on time, therefore it's not likely to close the lid on the next day of Hart of Dixie premieres. Nor will ABC be quick to ax Pan Am since the only number that actually matters is $tens of millions of, the reported price of the pilot. (Paul Lee may want to have patience on that.) Given individuals caveats, listed here are my cancellation odds for those newcomer network series through October. Fall TV Preview
